Return Policy for Bike World

At Bike World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your bike for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for all qualifying returns.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Pack the bike securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
• Affix the pre-paid shipping label that we will provide you, to the outside of the package.
• Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier or arrange for a pickup.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that are damaged due to misuse or neglect. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the bike and issue your refund within 7-10 business days.
