How do I place an order on Bike World?

A: To place an order on Bike World, simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. You'll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

A: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to it. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shippin within the EU usually takes between 3-8 business days.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. If you are not happy with your mountainbike, please get in touch with our Customer Service and we will arrange a pick up free of charge. Please note that we can only accept returns of unused bikes in new condition.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Bike World will cover the return costs.

Are your mountain bikes new or used?

A: All of our products are brand new and come with a manufacturer's warranty.
